Analista de Consumo Origen

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative planning and organization for the department.
• Integrate credit files for mortgage and automotive portfolios to be processed by the legal department.
• Maintain physical and digital control of credit files and manage payments to verifiers.
• Apply knowledge of delinquent portfolios (cartera vencida) for mortgage products to meet monthly goals.
• Provide monthly reporting based on business area requests and legal department transfers.
• Ensure effective team communication and organized control of core job functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience within Banorte.
• Proven experience in Mortgage and Automotive credit sectors.
• Experience in asset recovery (recuperación de activos).
• Ability to analyze deeds (escrituras) and legal contracts.
• Strong knowledge of delinquent portfolios (cartera vencida).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
