Analista de Comunicación Interna

Responsibilities

• Promote organizational culture and a sense of belonging among employees.
• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for users regarding computer equipment, software, hardware, and telephony.
• Register, create, and follow up on incident and requirement tickets.
• Support the management of technological infrastructure to ensure service stability and availability.
• Manage and control equipment inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Canva.
• Excellent writing and spelling skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work onsite in Santa Fe, Mexico City.
