Analista de Compras Pleno

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational portfolio of direct and indirect material orders, ensuring correct issuance and follow-up according to the production plan.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requisitions, adhering to corporate policies and systemic parameters.
• Perform active follow-up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery deadlines, and receipt status.
• Monitor critical materials preventively to identify risks of delay or delivery discrepancies that could impact production.
• Act as an operational interface between PCP (Production Planning and Control), suppliers, Warehouse, and Logistics to align priorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase information within corporate ERP systems (such as TOTVS) to ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the purchasing operational flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and predictability in supply routines.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Previous relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
• Experience working with ERP or MRP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English.
