Analista de Compras Indirectos

Responsibilities

• Manage supply processes within SAP, including creating and processing purchase orders, master agreements, and framework orders.
• Execute strategies for supplier selection, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and calculate savings leakage during the purchasing process and evaluate budget deviations against actual spend.
• Negotiate key terms with suppliers, including price, quality, delivery times, and documentation.
• Manage KPIs related to operational efficiency, such as lead times between order receipt and product delivery.
• Coordinate logistics across different sites to ensure proper receipt of goods and continuous operation.
• Analyze and optimize purchasing methods, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in indirect purchasing, supplier management, or cost analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement process management and purchase order follow-up.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier negotiation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in continuous improvement for the automation and standardization of purchasing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• English language proficiency.
