Analista de Compras e Logística

Responsibilities

• Support quotations through pre-agreements, estimates, and negotiations
• Analyze schedules to consolidate volumes and improve negotiation leverage
• Review requisitions and validate technical specifications
• Conduct quotations, equalization, and negotiations regarding cost, deadline, and quality
• Issue and manage purchase orders and contracts, including intercompany transactions, using SAP
• Monitor orders and resolve any deviations
• Develop and manage the supplier base
• Define logistics strategies for projects
• Contract and manage logistics services such as transport and warehousing
• Perform receiving (MIGO) and delivery routines within SAP
• Monitor national and international operations
• Control documentation, payments, and logistics indicators

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering or Administration
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Logistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Experience with foundries, metal fabrication (caldeirados), and machining
