Responsibilities

• Execute Human Capital policies and ethical codes, providing support in selection, onboarding, training, offboarding, and payroll processes.
• Support efficient personnel administration to ensure seamless employee entry, retention, and resource management.
• Develop management indicators related to performance, recruitment, training, and turnover to report results and incidents.
• Execute employee experience events, activities, and campaigns to promote company culture.

Requirements

• Completed professional studies (verifiable).
• 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of training and development.
• Knowledge of personnel administration.
• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
• Strong document management skills.
