Responsibilities

• Design and apply Training Needs Analysis (DNC) processes
• Design and execute comprehensive training plans for employees
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented training programs
• Create engaging content for internal training courses
• Analyze the course catalog to help employees develop key organizational competencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Fe, Mexico City
• A passion for continuous learning and development
