Analista de Cadastro (Canal Farma)

Responsibilities

• Perform registration, classification, and categorization of new products within the Pharma channel
• Ensure standardization and validation of registration information, including brand, manufacturer, description, and quantities
• Execute adjustments, updates, and corrections related to POS, products, brands, manufacturers, descriptions, and categories
• Analyze and resolve internal tickets related to the database
• Investigate inconsistencies and support complex analyses to ensure data reliability
• Extract, validate, and support database maintenance to guarantee data integrity
• Contribute to the organization, structuring, and evolution of product categories in the Pharma segment

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Hospital Management, Administration, or related fields
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
• Experience with administrative routines and database maintenance/treatment
• Experience with product registration, classification, or maintenance within the pharmaceutical segment
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, categories, and nomenclatures is considered a plus
