Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure the company's total compensation model is aligned with the Mexican market while respecting internal equity and employee performance.
• Ensure legal and service compliance for savings funds, pension plans, major medical expenses, and statutory benefits.
• Maintain the correct organizational structure and ensure proper job alignment.
• Analyze Human Resources indicators at both national and international levels.
• Research compensation and benefits policies and market trends to ensure programs remain updated, legal, and competitive.
• Write reports recommending changes to company administration.

Requirements

• University degree (titulado) or internship (pasante) in Administration or Psychology.
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
