Analista de Auditoria Gaming

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction using Datameer scripts and Wigos system information to reconcile gaming machines and analyze variations.
• Report discrepancies to casinos and manage the follow-up process to ensure resolution in compliance with organizational policies.
• Analyze statistical databases and coordinate with the IT department to correct Netwin and gaming session data for accurate reporting in Qlik Sense.
• Document historical machine discrepancies to mitigate fraud risks within the gaming halls.
• Audit commercial and marketing activities to ensure correct mechanics and prize distribution to customers.
• Reconcile Table Games data to identify necessary corrections for accurate profit calculation and point assignment.

Requirements

• Experience with data extraction via Datameer scripts.
• Proficiency in Wigos system reconciliation.
• Strong skills in statistical database analysis.
• Experience in commercial activity auditing and risk mitigation.
• Ability to perform fraud prevention analysis and documentation.
