Analista de Atracción e Incorporación Distrital

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction processes for Estafeta Mexicana, Cargo (ADC and TTE), and Estafeta Carga Aérea.
• Apply evaluation instruments to validate the competencies and aptitudes of candidates.
• Ensure all processes align with established company policies and procedures to meet organizational objectives.
• Manage the full integration cycle to ensure successful onboarding of new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, selection, and personnel integration processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the application and interpretation of psychometric tests (behavior, intelligence, values, personality, and projective tests).
• Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Conversational English skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong knowledge of Competency-Based Interview techniques.
• Solid understanding of Federal Labor Law and IMSS Law.
