Responsibilities
- Perform active customer service via telephone and multiple channels
- Recover terminals (card machines) from inactive customers
- Open service orders for the Green Angels team to collect machines
- Perform customer registration cancellations
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed higher education (preferably in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields)
- Previous experience with active customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Focus on meeting goals
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Energy and protagonism
- Availability to work between 09:00 and 20:00
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Analytical skills
- Previous experience working with goal achievement
