Analista de Atención a Sucursales

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support services including record maintenance, documentation storage, and account opening.
• Act as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, and clients.
• Update help content for Knowledge Hub end users to assist with client inquiries.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop content-related solutions based on business requirements.
• Research and resolve inquiries regarding help content, policy gaps, and business changes.
• Monitor work progression to ensure all assignments are completed by requested due dates.
• Propose new ideas to optimize processes and improve the branch experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard firm assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including managing databases, tables, macros, and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the banking industry.
