Analista de Almacen

Responsibilities

• Execute and control administrative processes for storage, picking, and product outflows to ensure stores are supplied according to demand planning.
• Manage system entries for merchandise transfers between KIOSKO® distribution centers to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform cyclic counts and periodic inventories to ensure healthy stock levels and maximize company resources.
• Monitor and enforce company safety policies to protect personnel, equipment, and facilities.
• Manage requests for departmental supplies to ensure continuous operation.
• Coordinate regional distribution routes as a backup to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager when necessary.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Bachillerato terminado).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in warehouses, inventory control, or warehouse administrative roles.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and theoretical inventory movements.
• Proficiency in PC usage and basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to perform physical inventory counts and systematic stock transfers.
