Responsibilities
- Receive and validate files and documentation
- Manage handovers to the legal area
- Support administrative activities for the BO Management
- Follow up and control administrative tasks related to legal procedures
- Develop work strategies and establish service levels
- Maintain excellent organization and control of files through teamwork
Requirements
- Professional degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1 year of professional experience
- Experience in database management and administrative controls
- Experience in document review and report creation
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
