Analista de Adm de Pessoal Pleno (eSocial)

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the submission of periodic, non-periodic, and SST events to eSocial
• Analyze and resolve inconsistencies, rejections, and pending issues within eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital environments
• Perform preventive and corrective audits on registrations, admissions, terminations, leaves, and remunerations
• Ensure information compliance across HR, Payroll, Occupational Health and Safety, Benefits, and Legal departments
• Develop and track performance indicators related to eSocial to identify process improvement opportunities
• Lead action plans for data cleansing and the reduction of systemic errors
• Support implementation, parameterization, and improvement projects for payroll and people management systems
• Monitor legal changes and operational impacts resulting from shifts in labor, social security, and tax legislation
• Act as a technical reference for other Payroll teams and participate in internal and external audits

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields
• Solid experience with eSocial in medium or large-sized companies
• Advanced knowledge of labor, social security, and tax legislation applied to payroll
• Hands-on experience with FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and SST
• Proficiency in data cleansing and registration data governance
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and processing
• Experience working with large-scale payroll systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eSocial implementation or reimplementation projects
• Knowledge of compliance metrics and indicators
• Experience managing operations with more than 3,000 employees
• Proficiency in Power BI
