Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related issues
• Develop and approve Inspection and Test Plans (PIT), specifications, and quality schedules
• Support and guide inspections at both supplier sites and manufacturing facilities
• Issue and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (RNC), perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions
• Review and approve final quality documentation
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and health standards
• Support customers during inspections and audits
• Assist in the implementation of the Global Management System

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or related fields)
• Deep knowledge of quality standards in mechanical, metallurgical, and electrical manufacturing
• Proven experience in supplier inspection and qualification
• Ability to develop and deploy Inspection and Test Plans (PIT)
• Proficiency in SAP ERP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as DMAIC, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Kanban
