Analista Cumplimiento Normativo

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the implementation, updating, and compliance of Sanctions Programs in accordance with international sanctions, OFAC guidelines, and ABM industry agreements.
• Perform daily analysis of publications from international organizations and US government offices regarding sanctions.
• Conduct operational and strategic investigations into cases related to international sanctions.
• Generate required operational alerts to follow up on investigations when necessary.
• Prepare executive presentations based on analysis and investigations conducted for clients.
• Perform specialized, in-depth investigations of specific cases to detect operations potentially linked to sanctions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Economics, Administration, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sanctions, compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or AML auditing.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong skills in database management and the preparation of executive presentations.
• Excellent written communication, spelling, and ability to analyze complex texts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial sector.
• Knowledge of Article 115 of the Credit Institutions Law.
• Familiarity with OFAC, UN, EU, and other international sanction programs and blacklists.
