Analista Corresponsales y Servicios

Responsibilities

• Manage the registration, cancellation, and modification of banking and exchange correspondents within the network
• Monitor technological incidents, clarifications, and complaints related to the correspondent network
• Administer directories for banking and exchange correspondents
• Support the operational process setup and execution
• Assist in the development of effective professional presentations
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the correspondent channel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or exchange correspondent areas
• Proven experience in information analysis and project monitoring
• Proficiency with Altamira
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
