Analista Controladoria Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and digitalization initiatives, including automation and dashboard creation to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reports and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Manage monthly closing cycles, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance across key dimensions such as sales, costs, assets, and cash flow to identify risks and opportunities.
• Act as a business partner to multifunctional teams (Services, Projects, Sales, Operations) to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor action plans and deviations from targets, facilitating corrective measures with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Controlling or Finance, including the preparation and analysis of balance sheets.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, tax matters, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced Spanish language skills.
