Responsibilities

• Provide customer and user service via telephone and in person.
• Manage the administration and entry of client clarifications and claims.
• Perform data entry and registration within the institution's systems with high attention to detail.
• Analyze information and prepare necessary reports.
• Apply institutional regulations to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain cordial relationships and coordination with team members and other interacting areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in the Financial Sector.
• Proven experience in administration, data entry, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including the use of pivot tables and databases.
• Strong written communication, reading comprehension, and verbal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and updates in activities.
