Analista Control de Cálculo y Pago

Responsibilities

• Generate information delivery reports for tracking, planning, and income collection according to agreed schemes
• Manage the reception and validation of payment requests, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and correct amounts
• Validate incentive considerations and address client inquiries regarding calculation schemes and operational delays
• Perform data analysis and statistical reporting to support results tracking, strategy validation, and timely decision-making
• Execute payment procedures within the administrative system based on reports and invoices to ensure successful processing by treasury

Requirements

• Degree in Economic-Administrative field (in progress or incomplete)
• Experience in case analysis and statistics
• Knowledge of incentive or compensation schemes
• Proficiency in using pivot tables
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with INFO/Current Account (Cuenta Corriente) management
• Background in payment procedure management and customer service
