Analista Contraloría Fiduciario

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate fiduciary account statements through random monthly sampling.
• Execute the generation and delivery processes of account statements in compliance with internal bank policies and regulations.
• Address fiduciary client instructions regarding account statements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide advisory services to clients to help interpret and resolve doubts regarding their fiduciary account information.
• Prepare special reports that complement standard fiduciary account statements.
• Maintain control logs for clarifications, shipments, and new contracts impacting account statements.
• Coordinate the delivery and follow-up of physical account statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• Approximately 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the fiduciary or financial sector.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Office 365).
• Intermediate English language skills.
