Analista consumo Orgen

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative planning and organization for the consumption area.
• Integrate credit files for mortgage and automotive portfolios to be processed by the legal department.
• Maintain physical and digital control of credit files and manage payments to verifiers.
• Apply knowledge of delinquent portfolios (cartera vencida) for mortgage products to meet monthly goals.
• Provide monthly reporting based on business area requests and legal department transfers.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working within the institution.
• Proven experience in Mortgage and Automotive credits.
• Experience in asset recovery (recuperación de activos).
• Proficiency in analyzing deeds (escrituras) and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of delinquent portfolios (cartera vencida).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
