Analista Centro Regional Hipotecario

Responsibilities

• Review and integrate documentation to operate mortgage credits within the Mortgage Processing Unit.
• Perform file reviews and income calculation verifications.
• Execute data entry in CREA and review data in SIO.
• Manage the delivery of files to custody.
• Monitor performance indicators, including time-based SLAs and reprocessing rates.
• Ensure the completeness and veracity of mortgage files within established timeframes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in administrative controls.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to travel.
• Availability to relocate.
