About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish daily follow-ups with users and controllers regarding internal processes.
  • Apply and maintain institutional regulations, updating manuals and processes as needed.
  • Manage response times for audits and relevant authorities.
  • Strengthen internal controls across different organizational areas through consistent monitoring.
  • Handle purchase orders, including integration and expiration management.
  • Calculate buy and sell operations and integrate daily rates.
  • Provide customer service and manage client portfolios.
  • Administer commercial operational processes with high attention to detail.
  • Utilize SAP or other commercial systems for daily operations.

Requirements

  • Completed professional degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in control, follow-up, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office suite.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar commercial systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • English language skills.
