About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse enablement processes to ensure proper merchandise conditions for certificates of deposit.
- Manage flight bookings and travel arrangements for inspectors.
- Handle travel advance requests and process their subsequent liquidations.
- Generate detailed reports regarding flights and travel advances.
- Follow up on the signing of reports and necessary documentation.
- Manage courier guides and track package shipments.
- Coordinate the maintenance scheduling for utility vehicles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
