Analista administrativo/a contable

Responsibilities

• Register daily accounting operations and maintain updated books and accounting systems
• Perform bank reconciliations and analyze detected differences
• Control invoices, payments, collections, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Record accruals for expenses, income, and provisions
• Review and analyze accounting accounts to ensure correct imputation
• Manage collections via email or telephone and analyze bank transfer receipts
• Participate in monthly and annual closings, preparing necessary information
• Collaborate in the preparation, review, and presentation of Financial Statements
• Prepare accounting reports and manage Excel databases for outstanding collections
• Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering supporting documentation

Requirements

• Advanced student of Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of one year of experience in administrative, accounting, or collections tasks
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, and formulas)
• Analytical profile with strong organization and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service, insurance, or financial companies
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
• Intermediate English level
