Responsibilities
- Support corporate travel management, including booking flights, accommodations, and interfacing with travel agencies.
- Assist with unit facilities routines, monitoring suppliers and operational demands.
- Control invoices, purchase requisitions, and area-related payments.
- Monitor the consumption of supplies, utilities, and operational support materials.
- Support internal office changes, layout adjustments, and small infrastructure demands.
- Ensure compliance with organization and conservation standards for user areas.
- Contribute to indicators, controls, and opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience or familiarity with corporate travel management and expense reporting.
- Knowledge of administrative routines and facilities support in a corporate environment.
- Experience with administrative controls, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel for cost tracking and indicators.
- Basic understanding of building organization and supplier coordination.
