Analista Administración de saldos

Responsibilities

• Review the daily cycle in the sales force perception administration system by validating balances, operations, and behaviors to identify deviations
• Prepare the release of balances based on system information to ensure timely compensation to the sales force
• Analyze, calculate, and execute maintenance for internal client requests to consolidate information in account statements
• Review tax receipts entered into the intermediary portal against balance releases to ensure compliance with SAT regulations
• Support the development and execution of global and specific reports using Data Studio to facilitate results delivery
• Perform account reconciliations through the administration system to present accounting integration in compliance with internal area requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Administration, or related Economic-Administrative fields
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with database management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with administration systems
• Knowledge of Data Studio
• Background in the insurance or finance sector
• Experience with incentive or compensation schemes
