Analista Adm de Pessoal Pleno (Rescisões)

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete employee termination process, including voluntary, involuntary, and contract end scenarios.
• Calculate severance pay, including salary balance, accrued vacation, 13th salary, notice periods, and fines.
• Validate registration, contractual, and payroll information for termination accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with legal deadlines for payments and the delivery of termination documents (TRCT, Termo de Quitação, etc.).
• Transmit required events to eSocial and manage FGTS Digital obligations.
• Provide support and clarification to departing employees regarding their rights and payments.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure seamless offboarding.
• Maintain controls, reports, and indicators related to the termination process.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT), specifically regarding personnel administration and terminations.
• Practical experience with termination calculations and payroll routines.
• Experience using payroll systems such as SAP or FatorH.
• Proficiency in eSocial and FGTS Digital.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements and union conventions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English or Spanish.
