Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy between logical and physical stock levels
• Perform license audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition to secure erasure and disposal
• Plan annual renewal strategies (20% Strategy)
• Manage Digital Loan Letters (Cartas Comodato Digitales)

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with SAP and asset modules
• Familiarity with RFID technology for auditing purposes
• Deep knowledge of ITAM and ITIL Asset Management processes
• Advanced Excel skills for performing massive reconciliations
• Strong orientation toward data precision and accuracy
