Analista a SPEI - SPID

Responsibilities

• Manage the recovery of SPEI, SPID, and TEF fund transfers requested by clients or received from other banks due to misapplied operations.
• Coordinate with other financial institutions to recover funds for client-initiated requests.
• Follow up on recovery processes with the Commercial department for requests received from other banks.
• Execute SPEI transfers to other banks for the return of recovered amounts.
• Handle the reception of recovered funds from other banks following client requests.
• Perform all administrative activities derived from recovered operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Systems or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Systems, Operations, or Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot (M365), Altamira, and Vision.
• Fluency in Spanish.
