Anaesthetics Theatres Registrar

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Assess patients pre-operatively and develop anaesthetic plans
• Administer general, regional, or local anaesthesia
• Monitor vital signs and adjust anaesthetic levels during surgery
• Manage post-operative recovery and pain relief
• Collaborate with surgeons, consultants, and theatre staff
• Supervise junior colleagues and contribute to clinical audits and teaching

Requirements

• GMC Registered
• FCRA Part 1
• 6+ months NHS Registrar experience
• ALS certification
