AMS Dutch Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use, and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules
• Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project
• Act as the primary escalation point for all maintenance issues related to functional maintenance
• Maintain accountability for the quality and timeliness of the functional AMS side of assigned projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of SAP PY maintenance and configuration experience
• Extensive maintenance experience specifically on the SAP Dutch PY module
• Deep understanding of Dutch Payroll processes
• Proven proficiency with SAP configuration and maintenance
• Strong consulting skills, including business needs analysis and enterprise solutions design
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in environments with limited resources and short timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Dutch language is a bonus
