AMOA – Stream Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in charge of daily support and AMOA (Business Analysis) for the OMS (Order Management System)
• Supervise incident treatment, requests, and anomalies related to the OMS
• Manage team performance, skill development, and workload organization
• Coordinate AMOA activities including requirement gathering, specification writing, and functional validation
• Arbitrate priorities between incidents, evolutions, and business requests
• Act as a transverse interface between IT, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service
• Optimize processes and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Project Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support, AMOA, or team management
• Proficiency in Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Mastery of support tools such as JIRA
• Strong skills in AMOA (specifications, testing, UAT, change management)
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Fluency in English (C1) and French (B2)
• Knowledge of Supply Chain or WMS environments is a major asset
