Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business needs related to Procurement
• Participate in the selection of Procurement IT solutions (market watch, RFI/RFP, offer evaluation)
• Write specifications and functional requirements
• Manage selection and deployment projects in coordination with stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, project committees, and governance instances
• Monitor planning, risks, and deliverables
• Conduct functional testing and solution validation
• Support users through change management, training, and tool adoption

Requirements

• Master's degree (Business or Engineering school)
• 8-10 years of experience
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience deploying Procurement tools (Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
• Experience in AMOA or IT Project Management
• Knowledge of procurement processes
• Experience managing tenders and writing specifications
