Responsibilities

• Participate in defining strategic objectives and functional/technical needs for the Client
• Identify constraints and quality requirements based on user expectations
• Ensure project feasibility regarding organization, budget, planning, and administration
• Recommend and assist in the selection of solutions and service providers
• Guarantee coordination and management throughout the project lifecycle
• Control and receive services provided by companies and subcontractors
• Centralize exchanges between stakeholders within the CASH SERVICES program
• Ensure homogeneous deployment in compliance with program objectives
• Produce reliable reporting and prepare presentations for committees

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and internal procedures
• Understanding of structural engineering reports and reinforcement requirements
• Ability to challenge contractor work against engineering specifications
• Knowledge of structural work (masonry, locksmithing, etc.)
• Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and project risks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with GED and SharePoint
