Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships: project definition, quality assurance, and respect for costs and deadlines.
• Advise clients and guarantee qualitative, functional, calendar, financial, technical, and environmental project compliance.
• Lead operations and pilot internal and partner AMO project teams (design-construction, global performance markets).
• Select and coordinate partners while ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Monitor project finances to ensure profitability and manage team workload planning.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of technical expertise in AMO or operations management.
• Strong interest in environmental issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client satisfaction focus.
• Strong business sense.
• Ability to manage complex projects in evolving environments.
