AML/KYC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the review and validation of merchant applications in accordance with AML/KYC guidelines and internal processes
• Perform operational and administrative tasks related to Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and application processing
• Review documentation for companies and self-employed individuals, clarifying open questions with senior colleagues
• Accurately record and maintain application data within the relevant internal systems
• Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the team through a structured and reliable way of working
• Continuously develop expertise in AML, fraud prevention, and risk management

Requirements

• German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Highly detail-oriented with a structured and meticulous working style
• Strong initiative and the ability to research information independently
• Interest in compliance, anti-money laundering, and financial services

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of corporate structures, including legal forms and representation regulations
