AML Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AML Analysts to ensure timely review of alerts and investigations
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of case handling, documentation, and escalations
• Coordinate with the MLRO on high-risk cases, STRs, and regulatory submissions
• Implement process improvements to strengthen AML operational efficiency
• Mentor and train team members on AML best practices

Requirements

• 5–7 years of AML operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring systems and EDD/KYC processes
• Familiarity with Turkish AML/CTF regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
