AML Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CTF policies, procedures, and internal controls for both the DCM and DCO
• Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify, assess, and mitigate potential money laundering or terrorist financing risks
• Oversee transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, reporting, and proper documentation
• Manage the KYC process and enhanced due diligence for high-risk participants
• Develop and deliver AML/CTF training programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AML inquiries from regulators and law enforcement
• Stay current on regulatory changes and recommend updates to AML policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of AML/CTF experience in financial services
• Exposure to derivatives, futures, or commodities markets
• Knowledge of CFTC rules and regulations applicable to DCMs and DCOs
• Strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN requirements, and U.S. AML regulatory framework
• Experience with AML transaction monitoring systems and KYC/CDD processes
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
