AML Analyst, Transfer Agency

Responsibilities

• Analyze investor profiles to determine risk levels and collect required documentation in compliance with AML legislation and internal policies
• Assess application documents for completion and compliance with standard registration and KYC requirements
• Respond to client and internal departmental queries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Manage the intake of applications and supporting documents through the designated workflow system
• Input document content into the line of business systems and transmit relevant communications to investors

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar AML or compliance role
• Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties and financial markets
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of IT system flows
• Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and take appropriate responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French or German is a distinct advantage
