Americas Stationary Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Marketing Manager in tracking market and competitive intelligence across stationary markets.
• Lead the planning, management, and execution of the Chill Zone webinar series to drive industry education and brand awareness.
• Optimize Opteon.com website content and marketing collateral to ensure consistent branding and clear value messaging.
• Coordinate the execution of industry trade shows and events to engage target audiences.
• Serve as a core member of the Commercial Refrigeration growth project team to advance low-GWP refrigerant adoption.
• Lead Portfolio Enrichment initiatives to support the commercialization of new products through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business or technical role.
• Proven experience leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deliver against goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior technical service, marketing, or product management experience within the HVACR industry.
