Americas Sales Training Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end learning experience and create strategic development plans in collaboration with senior business segment managers.
• Partner with client groups to identify development solutions aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.
• Provide thought leadership on complex program requirements and drive the creation of innovative learning solutions.
• Stay current with industry learning trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in training delivery.
• Manage development budgets and required financial metrics for the assigned business group or functional group.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to build transformation and change capabilities.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in training, facilitation, or consulting.
• Proven experience in training delivery and instructional facilitation.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
