About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of logistics plans and strategies to provide a competitive advantage
  • Manage the ISO transportation equipment fleet and oversee asset management
  • Monitor contract logistics functions, including ISO cleaning and DOT testing, to ensure business needs are met
  • Coordinate the evaluation and management of bulk transportation solutions for new business opportunities
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of Global and Regional Supply Chain data for monthly SOP processes
  • Collaborate with the Global Logistics Ops Center and 3PL Logistics Coordinators to optimize end-to-end logistics
  • Monitor and report on logistics compliance, quality, cost, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and formulas
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and BW
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, Analytical, or Technical role
  • Proficiency with SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Basic knowledge of financial, legal, commercial, and logistical guidelines
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
