About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of logistics plans and strategies to provide a competitive advantage
- Manage the ISO transportation equipment fleet and oversee asset management
- Monitor contract logistics functions, including ISO cleaning and DOT testing, to ensure business needs are met
- Coordinate the evaluation and management of bulk transportation solutions for new business opportunities
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of Global and Regional Supply Chain data for monthly SOP processes
- Collaborate with the Global Logistics Ops Center and 3PL Logistics Coordinators to optimize end-to-end logistics
- Monitor and report on logistics compliance, quality, cost, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and formulas
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and BW
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, Analytical, or Technical role
- Proficiency with SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Basic knowledge of financial, legal, commercial, and logistical guidelines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
