Americas iShares Strategy, Associate/Vice President

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor activity, product launches, fund flows, and ETF industry trends
• Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses to support iShares business management
• Synthesize information from multiple data sources into actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner to drive growth in areas including Fixed Income, Active/Outcome ETFs, and Digital Assets
• Support GPS business planning, leadership forums, and senior management reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely execution of business priorities

Requirements

• Prior experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services strategy, or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with experience developing presentations for senior audiences
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with 3rd party data sources such as Bloomberg or Morningstar

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience within the ETF industry
• Experience leveraging AI for financial and business analysis
