Amenities Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure common areas are free from garbage and debris through cleaning and litter removal
• Perform minor repairs on furniture and common area appliances
• Maintain rooftop amenities including BBQ grills, fire pits, and patio heaters
• Troubleshoot and maintain landscape irrigation systems
• Maintain exterior curb appeal via pressure washing, weeding, and sweeping
• Complete written work orders in a timely manner
• Respond to community emergencies as requested

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess own hand tools
• Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, floor care, and HVAC
• Knowledge of prep and painting techniques
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 90 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and walk on roofs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with elevator operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with fire suppression and irrigation systems
