Ambulatory Clinical Leader

Responsibilities

• Balance 50% administrative management and 50% direct clinical care
• Recruit, retain, and develop clinical staff while managing performance
• Coordinate educational and training programs for all clinical staff
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and workflows
• Supervise compliance with regulatory bodies including DNV, OSHA, and CLIA
• Implement clinical processes to maximize quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Act as a communication conduit between staff, providers, and the organization
• Provide direct clinical care to patients and document in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field with minimum 3 years of RN experience, OR an Associate Degree in Nursing with minimum 5 years of RN experience
• Current New Hampshire State Registered Nurse license
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a medical office setting
