About the role
Responsibilities
- Balance 50% administrative management with 50% direct clinical care within an ambulatory practice
- Recruit, retain, and develop clinical staff while managing performance
- Coordinate educational and training programs for all clinical staff
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (DNV, OSHA, CLIA)
- Implement clinical processes to maximize quality of care, efficiency, and productivity
- Act as a communication conduit between staff, providers, and the organization
- Provide direct clinical care to patients and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field with minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse, OR
- Associate Degree in Nursing with minimum of five years as a Registered Nurse
- Current New Hampshire State Registered Nurse license
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting
